The final cut-over of the system requires careful planning and monitoring, and the ACETEL maintenance will run a formal acceptance process from the implementation team. This procedure will include end-user test of functionality, set-up of maintenance practices to meet the agreed SLA and providing reports based on the customer requirement and reporting structure.
